OK folks! We have less than 24 hours to get Horus to safety!
Maybe he and Summit could live in your yard and take care of mowing chores.

I am new to this board. I am adopting "Platinum" from Deb. I have a rescue Clyde (I would love to share that story with you sometime), who needed a buddy. I need help with transporting Platinum. I will take this guy as well if you can get him off the lot and over to my place.

We can give Horus a forever home. We live on Bainbridge Island. We were looking for a buddy for our lame Clyde. We went over to Deb's and met Platinum. We are trying to arrange transport for her. This guy looks like a gentle soul who deserves to end his days with dignity.

He is a twin to my Sonny (CBER Barney-4/5 years ago) that I was blessed with on a gift contract. Sonny is now 28 ish and teaching my son (6) to ride. Horus is in good shape and should make a fabulous 1st mount too! In honor of Sonny I will pledge $25 too! I don't know how this all works so I should send the $ where? PAM

How much does the adopter need raised to cover the needed funds? PS, Pam- send the funds to Columbia Basin Equine Rescue (www.columbiabasinequinerescue.org) at the Donate button. Under special instructions, note the horse that the money is directed towards (Horus). Then send a copy of the receipt to Horus' placement specialist, Deb Longstrom avalonmistfarm@msn.com. Thank you!!!
