Ok, have to do this, I pledge $25 for each of these girls also, I hope they can find a home together! I am praying for them. Sorry, I haven't been able to help much the past year, I am strapped myself with my own 10.

No horse is safe until you see "adopted" or "safe" on this website.

Please everyone send in your pledges on Meadow and Lavender. You can paypal them to CBER and then please notify Deb that the money was sent. Thank you so much for saving these girls!!! You are all AWESOME.
Modified to add: Don't forget to put "For Lavender and Meadow on the notes section."

These girls do not have a permanant home. We were able to find a temporary place for them to go to save them from the truck. They still need to find homes but will be safe from the truck.

Too bad it wasn't mentioned earlier that their papers were available. Sometimes that makes it easier to place them. Especially if someone wants to rescue them to make sure they are safe and then try to rehome them.
I sure hope they will recover from their illness.

We didn't know until yesterday that he had the papers... believe me we would have published that if we knew... They are freeze branded also.

Well, they ARE safe now, and if having their papers makes it easier to place them, it just means they'll be in foster care for a much shorter time! So to paraphrase Martha Stewart: "It's ALL a good thing!"

How are these girls doing? I have been worried about the ones that came up sick. I was hoping with the drier weather they would escape getting sick.
Did you find out what their registered names were?
