Just got off of the phone with Shawna....she said as soon as Marlene from CBER tells her bail has been paid, she will contact the FLO and make arrangements to pick her up!!! Thank You just isn't enough!!! Shawna told me that as soon as Bell is in QT with her, my daughter and I can go and visit her. Turns out that her place is only a couple of miles from where I board my other horses.

My application was approved so that is all taken care of, Shawna told me it was a go as soon as funds were accounted for. I will be paying tonight at midnight, when my Christmas bonus check goes through my account.

Shawna told me that Bell will most likely only need to be in QT for 2 weeks and if no illness and not leaving WA state she was OK with that. So, we only need 2 weeks of QT funds. Shawna said that I could make payments if the funds weren't raised and she would make sure Bell doesn't ship.

I think the bail money is done with and as soon as Marlene with CBER gets in touch with Shawna and lets her know bail has been met, then Shawna is picking her up and moving her to QT for 2 weeks. I have to wait until 12am to get my $100 on board, that's when my bonus hits the bank.

WOW!!! I don't know what to say! Thank you just doesn't seem to fit the situation. I wish I could give each and everyone of you a HUGE HUG from me and from my daughter, Haylee. I told her today that Bell is safe and how amazing you all have been. She wants to be an equine veterinarian when she grows up and I am sure that is exactly what she will do. I've been a licensed vet tech for 17 years now and haven't gotten tired of my job in all these years.

Thank you for the welcome and the congratulations! I hope I can repay all of you for your generosity and compassion by helping out as much as I can in getting the current and future horses placed into homes. I'm just waiting now to hear from Marlene that all funds are in and from Shawna that Bell is now at her QT facility so Haylee and I can go and visit her! I want to give Bell a big hug and tell her how sorry I am that she had to go though this and she will never have to leave again!!
