I was noticing how very feminine this girl is...sometimes it's hard to tell the sex of an animal, but she boasts "exquisite lady" all over the place!!!

jessie - please, you need to make your intentions CLEAR now, the truck will be here soon.
Do we understand that you are NOT going to pursue adopting this horse? Would not want her to ship because of confusion over intentions....
PLEASE POST ASAP, thanks!

Hubby has a problem with paying and not having a horse (he just doesnt get it). I have no where to put here but I CANT SEE HER GO. I am racking my brain and calling anyone I can think of. I cant believe no one is interested there is not alot of info on her either ...... AAAH I dont know what to do here guys

I think its about 350/month and 60 days but I could be wrong. I got that quote a month ago. That was what was standing in the way of me getting Cork. That QT is a killer!!! BUT most boarding places will not accept horses unless you can guarantee they have not been exposed to any communicable disease, so is really IS important, especially with this strangles.

Destiny is so beautiful and I'm saddened by the thought of her being sick and depressed. I just want to hug her and love on her...

jessiegirl, there are people on the board who could probably QT her for significantly less than $350 per month. Send a PM to Deb, she may be able to help, and if anyone can contact Sam maybe she could offer QT for less, if it means the difference between life and death for this beautiful mare.
Not having had your own horse before won't affect your application; I had never owned a horse and I got 2 CBER horses in September! As long as it's clear on your application that you'll have some one to guide/advise you, it won't be a hindrance. Get that application in tonight, send a PM or email to Destiny's placement specialist, let her know your intent. Good luck.

Do you know someone who has a horse near you that you could ask for advice when needed? Put that person on your application, and make sure you tell your references that CBER will be calling and that time is of the essence!

Paer Kate's observation from the pictures. "This horse looks fit. She doesn't look like she's been used as a brood mare only." Of course this is only her opinion if it is of any help.

I am have 2 horses shipped 540 miles and i am only paying 450.00!!! I wouldn't worry about shipping... that will work itself out
