Hi bnc2004...her newest numbers are on the first post of her thread, and also on the Feedlot Horse Update. Right now Rose has $432.85 and still needs $722.31 to be safe. Are those numbers with or without transfering from Kitty Kay? |

NOT the answer I was hoping for.....  Well.... This mare has definitely captured my heart, she looks like such a lover and a DRESSAGE horse (I do dressage!) which means to must be ATLEAST taught to go round and listen to leg cues, and that is just the minimum! I will send in (snail mail) $20 for this girl in my little ponies name, she died 1 year ago today. Will get it out if not today tomorrow How long does it take to get there if I snail mail? Will it be in time? My mother is NOT in any means know or like anything bout most computers!! So she doesnt have a paypal |

Ohh that is with the money already sent in. I see it now up above. They look like they are adding in all the extra charges before she can leave the lot. If she gets paid for she should get off of there QT paid or not. These TBs came from a breeder right they should be healthy enough to go out in someones back pasture for a month without paying for a bunch of board. It is not sencable to go well the horse is paid for but soory there is no money for QT. Here is what I can do, she is a nice mare not that any of them are but I am willing to pay her balance on my credit card if to get her moved however I need help paying the card. If we commit to it I will do it. I can't afford what I have on there already. If someone wants to do this and help me pay the payment on her I will do it right now.

Okay now wouldn't it be great if we could change Rose's name to Pending also??? Shes at the HIGHEST RISK of them all now!!! This poor gal has been there for over 14 days now...FLO probably getting sick of feeding her...wasting precious dollars in his mind...time for her to go!
Let's keep going and maybe she can jump on the trailer with her buddy Kitty and Lori when Sam goes to pick them up!!!

Remember what Aleta said in Lori's thread:
All you silent members out there....you are here hopefully to find out about rescuing horses. There are wonderful opportunities here to personally make a huge difference in the life of one or more of these horses. Each of us sitting in our warm homes or apartments miles away from this cold feedlot, can easily turn off the computer and not think about these horses: these horses waiting for someone to help them, not understanding why they are there or why they don't recognize any other person or horses there. ......you can turn away from that and watch Amercian Idol or something else.........or......... you can make a difference.
The one thing you can do is send a little money to help their lifeline of funds. It doesn't mean that a $5 donation is to little to bother with at all. If you send even $5 then you did what you could and you did not turn away...and when all the monies are tallied up and that horse is saved, your money meant as much as anyone else's money.....it is a team effort and the greater the team the more horses we save....you can make that $5 donation and then sign off with a really good feeling that at least you did help and very possibly saved a horse and how wonderful is that!

The problem is.... I dont/cant have a credit card!! If 15 year olds could have credit cards I think that we would be in serious trouble!! I guess I could wait till my mom gets home but she doesnt like using her card on internet cause she has been scammed... It will get there one way or another! |

Pardon my confusion again. I'm hearing ROSE is safe & KITTY KAT is safe. Is that correct? Are all funds secured for their safety?

My mare colicked last night and the Universe told me not to panic. That whatever was best for her to be okay and not put the other horses in financial jeopardy would happen. I went against the farm's advice to ship her to UC Davis. (Couldn't afford it anyway) Was prepared to put her down if I had to.
The Universe responded and she is much better this morning. I even talked to her by cell phone (the farm thinks I'm crazy). She's gonna get what she wants...a smaller paddock without all those other pushy mares. Just her and her full sister, who ran 57 times with 13 wins 14 2nds and 4 3rds.
It's such an up and down world loving the horse, but I don't think I could live without them anymore!
