One of our members has received word that the Yakima, WA feedlot will be getting a load of "Bucking School Try-out" horses early next week.
There are 10+ Percheron/TB- 2 year olds in this group...
We are assuming that CBER will be granted permission to list these young horses, but we do not know for sure...the good news is that they are the 'rejects...'

I am so disappointed in the person that brought them to the lot. I don't really even understand why you would cross percheron & TB...I don't think either of those breeds are known for bucking....So sad. I hope they all find great homes.

No, my Perch. cross can barely get his big ol' fanny off the ground, but they do make great sport horses....

These horses could have come from the PMU ranches to the bucking poeple. There are many Percheron/TB crosses from those ranches and they are getting rid of most of them.

I do not know how to find that out. Perhaps someone close to CBER could inquire. If they can speak to the people at the bucking school, I would think they could get the answer.
