Percheron Gelding. Needs training. (Graham)
This is a great horse. He needs so much training. His ground manners are okay. Please, please come look at him. He is amazing, but I don't have the money, to keep him, he's at my neighbors house right now. He's very herd bound. I'm not trying to make money off of him, I just NEED him to go to a good home, our finacial situation sucks horribly, my stepdad is in and out of the hospital recently.. Our bills aren't getting any cheaper, I know this sounds like another sob story, but I'm almost in tears thinking about him going somewhere else. My neighbor is going through a divorce and I can't keep him there anymore. I need him to find a new home as soon as possible. Please e-mail me if you're interested. I have a lot of pictures!! This horse is NOT for beginners, nor is he for inexperienced horse owners, he needs a firm hand, strong fence and a lot of training. His rehoming fee is $650, which is what I paid in July. Again, please, e-mail me if you're interested.
How old is he? 10 years old
What does he do that makes him so difficult? He's pushy, doesn't listen to many commands, he hasn't been really worked with in a few months.
Is he dangerous? No, he needs consistent training.
Does he get along with other horses? He loves other horses.
Does he try to take down fences? Not if he's with another horse and if there's enough grass/hay for him in the field that he's in. He NEEDS hot wire.
Has he ever kicked, bit, reared or struck out at someone? No kick, bite or striking, but if he doesn't want to do something, he will do a little crow hop, never actually thrown anyone though.
Where did he come from? A lady in Gig Harbor adopted him from a woman in Enumclaw, who bought him cause he was pretty and she wanted a big horse. She just left him in the stall with another horse, he really needs to trust his person..
