Age: 11-12 PS: Jenn_marek@yahoo.com Diane was super happy to be ridden. From the looks of her mane it appears that she most likely has not been ridden for years but when Jeff got on her she wa happy as a clam. She was very responsive i the halter, backed, neck reined gave to leg and rein pressure. She moves like she is a Morgan with a slight gated movement. Sound at time of assessment.

Is she possibly pregnet?? We are thinking not. Sam says she has pockets of fat which means she is most likely just fat. She will be one of the first to go if she doesn't have a home...

I got a response for her a half hour after I placed an ad at BestMorgan.com today. I hope it can save her. The guy sounds really nice from the East who is looking for a human rescue horse and already has a rescued horse that he loves......fingers crossed.

If not I will offer a foster home or even a permanent if I can but with having to help Maggie cross money is a little tight for the next two weeks til payday. Something about her just draws me and looking at her size I know she'll be up front in line.

All~
I am the PS and I have not been approached with a home offer. Until an offer is received and the adopter is approved, Diane is still at risk!
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, I just want to remind everyone that an offer of a home on a horse's thread does not necessarily mean the horse has a home.

Diane has a safety net, but we need to have funds raised for her bail! Does a "safety net" mean a home offer and QT has been paid?

On the ABR board, Jen, the PS, posted that Diane has a home offer but needs help with bail. It doesn't mention QT, so I assume that's paid.

Hello everyone. I'm Diane's new mom! I'm at work so can't chit chat too much but I'm very excited to bring her to her new home. Yes, help with QT is still needed (I think, I don't really know how that works) and will be VERY much appreciated. We'll have quite an expense bringing her from Eastern WA to our place in Arlington as we have to pay someone for the time, gas and use of their trailer. We don't currently have our own trailer.
Diane will be living with 3 friends - a TB mare (Catie), a Fox Trotter (Smoke) and a retired QH (Dene) so she will have plenty of company and lots of love. I'm sure I'll be spending time on the board and glad to be part of the rescue family.
