This gal is loosing her barn at the end of Sept. This mare needs a home now. She is 16yo, 16h, grey TB mare, Track broke and pleasure road, but it has been years. Good bloodlines. Look up: Crystal Time 1993 on Jockey club. She needs a good home fast. I can help with transportation.

Joe Shelton wrote today in TB Friends blog about a number of young riders here in northern California looking for sound, young(ish) 17h+ TBs ... he didn't have any.
Specifically, there was a request for a tall, grey TB mare.
"Monday, September 8th... A student from a lesson barn not far away, and she is ready for her very first horse. In our yard she tells me what she wants. 17 hands, young and sound. On our ranch we have a whole bunch of 15.3 and unsound. The student goes home dejected.
