OMG!! What a mess. I hope the horse is okay. He or she took a pretty good fall. That's a scary video. I'm usually a bit nicer, but I've gotta say it...Were those people unbelievably STUPID or WHAT?  They should have listened to the announcer. Poor horse is losing its mind with a cart attached, at full speed, what to do? I think every moron in the vicinity should run directly at it from different directions all at once, that'll settle him....Good lord. |

WOW, I just watched the video. What a train wreck. I felt especially bad for the second panicked horse as he was calm until he got barreled over by the first loose horse.
Anyone know if that second horse is okay. He went down pretty hard, I'm hoping he was exhausted and not injured, his belly was sure heaving, poor thing.
A slight bit of chaos, wonder if those horses will ever be driven again, might be hard for them to get over that .

If what I read is true, the second horse was a "calm, dead broke" horse (which goes to show that NO horse is without limits  ) and that the wreck ended his career - absolutely horrifying to watch! |
