If anyone is looking in the area of Graham, Orting, Puyallup, WA, etc for a home, My sister-in-law and her husband are selling their home and property because they just built a new home. It is a really nice set up for horses: there is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath nice clean ranch style home, well maintained, nice landscaping, with pasture and small indoor arena with hay storage, attached stalls and tack room, plus another small barn, really cute place if anyone is looking. They built that house too and put everything on there themselves so know everything about it, fully fenced and nice garage, etc too.
