Yeehaw, Cowgirls! I just found y'all! I've been searching over rock walls and peaking around peeing men, and I haven't been able to find you ... until now! I was busy cleaning all day. If I avoid cleaning the dwellings after you leave, I have this bizarre fantasy that you will just show up again. Okay. I am nuts. But you already knew that.
I have also been trying to halter that d**n baby. sh*t, that filly has energy. But she likes her bottom scratched. Will that help me to halter her? I have to worm her in one week. Will anyone come and help me?
Pick your week, ladies. The sooner you schedule next week's event, the sooner I will get over my depression that you are gone. I miss Casper's sweet whinny and cute little white butt. I miss Jackie's laugh and my riding partner (Jackie). I miss Beth's smile, Peg's calm kindness, Amy's baking, Jeni's stories. I miss Susan's wise friendship and Pete's Marlboro man sexiness. (Sorry, Sue! You know you are safe with me.) I miss Gail's humor that made me wet my pants. (Oh yes, I did.) I miss Tash's description of Bert and the jiggaboo dance she can do while sitting and telling a fabulous story! I miss Brandon and his kindness towards Sam. I sure have some special friends. I want you back.
Pick a date ... any date. I'll be here - tacked up and waiting.
The carrot cake recipe is still in the cottage.
I know we mentioned a week, but how about a month? Could you talk to the boss, Jackie? Beth, I could just fall off Cornelius every day and require nursing. Susan, I will set you up in the house so you can work from home. Tash, we need help running our website.

Hey, if y'all will pick a week now, I can put in for the time off and actually get to go for once. Around here we have to put in our time off requests so early because there are 3 of us and only 1 can be gone at a time. So pick a week and I'll sign up ... though I probably still won't have a horse that can go with me. Maybe I can borrow one of JTjedi's projects?

This year it was 12th -16th-but is on Vancouver Island-so a day travelling on both sides-seems like last year it was more the middle of July-so at least the 3rd week of July should be good-just checked the website for next years schedule-not posted yet-we would love to come to a camp out next year.

I'm confused wildwoman, We were at Tired Dog Ranch... in Oregon,
and it was earlier than those dates.
for next year we are talking of the week from the 11th of July thru the following weekend, which I think is the 18th. Tireddog Ranch, Westfir OR.

Can I start dreaming about July 11th through the 18th? If so, We will have to ask Amy if she will bake a cake for Sam. His birthday is July 13th. As much as I ADORE the carrot cake she makes for my very belated birthday, I can't be selfish and steal all the goodness. Sam prefers white cake and chocolate frosting - very simple ... and yummy!
I'm already excited about next year!

I thought it was so quiet here because everyone stayed at the camp out having fun, I have been in the hot sun working on our projects, trying to get things done. now my "vacation" is up, and I'm headed back to work..at least I get paid for those hours. Lord knows the $$$$ are eaten by the projects in a hurry
