One of the Mexican rodeo tripping horses that Joe rescued had a BABY last night. Joe & Cathy didn't even know she was pregnant! SURPRISE! A new baby...a filly! She is a cutie, the resilience of babies amazes me. I deliver babies for a living and it amazes me what they are put through and can come out perfectly fine. When I was 12 my mom gave away a paint pony names peanuts. She was lazy and fat by our opinions (mine and my 14 year old sister) so we rode other horses. So my mom gave her away to a little handicapped girl down the road. The next week that fat pony had twins..... needless to say we wanted her back, but mom said no.... tough lesson for kids but deserved.
