Just saw there is a Wild Fire going on in NorCal in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Hope everybody is safe!

Big one and way out of control. They just evactuated an entire town (Bonny Dune)

Here is a web site you can check out what is burning in your area, www.nwccweb.us/index.asp. You can also lookup Northwest Interagency Coordination Center. It provides a daily update of how big the fire is and what started it. Two years ago I watched the fire in the Pasayeten wilderness grow from 1700 acres to 75,000 acres. They just let the rainy season finally put that one out. |
