Well we just moved to our new ranch in Southern Oregon, and I think we finally found our permanent home. 30 acres, fenced, cross fenced, irrigated, barn, tack room, and a covered sand arena. We are Stoked!! I'd like to offer low cost Layover rates for anyone traveling down the I5. After we get settled I'd like to have some clinics there too. With only 5 horses, 30 acres just swallows them up...maybe I need more;)  Beth, you remember what a desert we were living in, so we are really just beside ourselves with happiness!! some pics.. WOW, it looks like heaven for a horse-lover. Congratulations.
YOu could set it up as an official 'Horse Motel' for travellers, and earn a little on the side.

Congratulations!-Beautiful!!-and yes-consider the horse motel idea. But you'd have to have that completely seperated from the areas you have your own horses I would think? With 30 acres you should be able to do that tho.

Congrats! Yes , much nicer than the dry area at the border...
where is it in Oregon? I thought you guys owned land there at the border?

Well let's definitely plan a BBQ/Playday at the Ranch for next year, or sooner if we get settled in quickly.
We're in Between Grants Pass and Medford.
Yeah, we still own our few acres in Hornbrook and are renting this place until we can afford to buy it. It is just heavenly! Thanks!
