Got this in my email today. Owners email is on there, if everybody can please keep an eye out for her boy?
Thanks
Chris contacted me and would like all of us to stay vigilant in finding her horses. I don't know all the details. This poor gal was in the hospital when her horses where given away! She did manage to retrieve her Anglo-Arab. She is devastated. The Sheriff Department is involved now. There was a man in Santa Ynez Valley who claimed to have given Moonshadow to a trainer in Los Angeles County who may have sold him on consignment?
Please help spread the news. The horse world is a small world. Thanks!...K
Here is one of her other ads---
(Highbred Akhal-Teke / Moonshadow) Bay gelding, approx. 17 years old, 14 to 14.2 hands - used to be stout, may be underweight now. He has white socks, but no white on face, and characteristic of his breed, a sparse mane and forelock. He may have been given the name "Chocolate."
Mare: 7 year old, half Arab, half Appendix Qtr. about 15 hands. She has a beautiful white blaze, no white on feet except very small white above corona band on one hind. I owned her dam and this horse was born into my hands.
The people who have these horses may not realize they do not have a legal right, nor legal ownership. They would have been given away from a small ranchette off Meadow Vale in Santa Ynez, that had llamas. I know the names of the people involved, but will keep this low key.
I am the legal, rightful owner, and did not transfer ownership by bill of sale at any time, and can prove that these horses are legally mine.
Please respond to: shaw1917@aol.com if you have any information. I have been frantic for nearly a year with worry about their well-being.
