I would like to donate a big pile of accounting records. I would MUCH rather be shoveling poo right now

I will make that trade. Those files are easier to burn/re-cycle than this pile of poo.

All my poo is staying right here and becoming beautiful topsoil for my summer pastures!
My dad was worried that I would be overrun with poo, but I told him that there would not be enough come spring to spread on the pastures. That I would have to get more from another farm.
He looked at me like I was crazy!

pec, did you check out my link to Wheeler Farms? These guys pick up poo from farms around here, compost it and SELL IT!!!
I think you could be my sole supplier! LOL
I wonder if there is a market for selling the composted poo in the Seattle area....to the city-bred farmer-wannabes who garden in their yards.....

Oh bummer - we paid a couple hundred bucks for our raised beds. You should put an ad on Craigslist - I bet you could get people to pay you to haul it away!!

Igave our "pile of poo" to our city water treatment plant. They use the manure to help compost the other stuff which they sell. They took 8 truck loads last year. It helped us all. I got rid of a HUGE pile of surplus, and they used all we could give them. Now I am caught up and using it for compost for the pastures too. But an idea if anyone has one of these places available to them?
