Nutrena's UPC labels - Refund -CBER? Other rescue?

I have a ton of these Nutrena UPC labels I saved when the Nutrena refund was started up on the old CBER board. Not sure if Sam can use them? Or perhaps another rescue could? Jim's rescue?

Let me know, I'll go back and try to find the thread. They're sitting on my desk ready to be shipped out. All I need is an address.
