Had to be put down tonight. He had been laying down most the day and the vet came out, she said he was pretty impacted, so they took him in and he is all twisted up inside. I'm writtin this because I am pretty upset about it. Steven was a really nice boy. He used to be a racing quarter horse and he looks like a musclier TB. My brother in law did search and rescue with him. Pretty much, Steven could handle anything, everyone loved him. He is 25 years old. I don't live near them but am going to visit, It's going to be a tough Christmas. I think of all these horses that don't have anyone, At least Steven had a kind, caring and loving family. this is tough,
