UPDATE on Hope, we have found that Hope is actually very well broke and she is a nice ride! She is willing and kind and likes to have attention. She has good ground manners and will make a nice riding horse. She can be a little bratty about being caught but once she knows that you mean business she relents (or comes to grain). Here is some pics of her under saddle from today:

Hope is coming to the SAFE show and our volunteer Becca will show her under saddle. Hope is doing so well under saddle, and she is all QH......whatta Hiney she has! She also knows more than she lets on, she sidepasses, slides to a stop and turns on a dime!

Hope is doing well, she got her teeth floated yesterday and we noticed a small cloudy spot in her eye. The vet checked it out and she has an old injury but if it effects vision it is only slight. We found a QH racing tattoo on her lip, so we are going to try to look it up.

UPDATE: Hope is doing great Loopy has been working with her as her project horse. Hope is able to be caught in the field and enjoys the company of people now. She is one of those big huge blocky QH gals and just beautiful!!! She is lunging both way and free lunges also, she is doing great with groundwork and desensitizing and it only makes her riding better. Don't forget about this gal.....WOW she is a looker! Pics don't do her justice!

Very good news! I helped bail her way back when. . .and, have been following her story when posted. She was quite the starvation case. So happy her rehab went well and she has her very own person now. I always thought she was beautiful, inside and out.

I can't quite figure out how to get my pictures to post... I'll figure it out! My friend took some pretty boring pictures of Hope and I in the rain the other day, but we had fun nonetheless! Expect more interesting pictures soon!

Argh! I've made a mess of Hope's thread! I tried to post some pictures, but they didn't work! Help! My friend took some pictures of Hope and I this past weekend, even though it was pretty rainy and gross, and the pigeon fever outbreak is no fun out at Hytyme. Hope is doing well, though- no pigeon fever so far! I will post a more interesting update soon!
