Hello, the paint that this board helped to rescue before he was sent to Chucks a couple of weeks ago, is still here at my place. He has a home, tireddog has placed him for us, & he is needing a ride from here to her. ANYONE? He is a really sweet guy.

And we need to get a rescued mare from Eugene back to leosolis in Kennewick. So truly the ride could start in Eugene or Kennewick since horses need to go to both places.

Has she been picked up?? The gal hasn't contacted me at lateley... I'm starting to wonder if we shouldn't see if the mare can stay in Eugene & I'll try to rehome the Gelding up here? What do you think?

I don't know. Has Marc made contact with you about Westley? Sandy said she would do a drive-by on the mare today, but the location is way out. I will call her tonight.
Sharon Linarez asked me if we needed help transporting these two. Their prices are so reasonable, but still - it will cost someone.
I am picking up a rescue goat tomorrow and will try to get out to where the mare is (NOT disturbing the land owners, of course). Why does Kennewick have to be so da^n far away?

I can haul the horses both directions anytime, if anyone's still interested. Any day this week! Lori

Just wanted to let everyone know Lori Delivered Westley this afternoon, safe and sound. Thanks Lori! He has already settled in with our two ex-CBER girls, Hera and Hyacinth. He looks so much like Hera from a distance that I have a hard time telling the two apart unless I can see their manes or faces. His mane is a bit lighter than hers, and his blaze is a bit smaller than hers and he has that white spot on his nose. He's about the same size as Hera too. The only other way to tell them apart from a distance is that he is not down in his pasterns the way Hera is. He and Hyacinth move nicely, whereas it's clear poor Hera has problems. I took a bunch of pics with my cellphone but I can't get them transfered to my computer at this point. My new computer does not have bluetooth yet, and the phone has no cable port.
