Cherry Blossom (aka Rhiannon) needs to get from Deb's in Yakima to Tash's in Redmond or somewhere at I5 that can hold her for pickup Sunday for a trip all the way down to SEBASTOPOL!
She needs to get picked up by her southward bound transport on SUNDAY SEPT 2.
Any leads greatly appreciated. afinenettle aka Kate Sullivan no aliases....

Have you contacted Deb to see if any of her other horses are being brought over this way? That might be a good way to find a ride... Also, there are haulers that you can hire, but usually unless there are quite a few horses; it is pretty expensive.

Also try Sam... Sam and Deb are pretty close so if there was a horse leaving from Sam's headed this way, maybe they could stop by Deb's.

Yup I have asked her but not heard back. Also emailed Sam just to put the word out. Also just talked to Cheryl about her Sweet Pea getting a ride from there....thanks

Well the horse we wanted to come down is near yakima as well. If we can get her to No Cal I was going to pick up Sweet Pea and bring her the rest of the way to So Cal. So what is the plan as far as the pick up point... we hadn't heard if we needed to have her moved anywhere.

I heard from Deb this morning and Rhapsody is ready to come home. I may be needing a ride over the mountains. I may have something in the works, but if that all doesn't work out, then maybe she could hitch a ride. If she could get somewhere over here, maybe Tash's in Redmond (if that's okay with you Tash), then I could get her from there. My truck has been a little on the iffy side and I don't really want to take it over the mountains. There is also the possibility of another horse coming over, but plans aren't firm on that one yet. (that one isn't coming to me!)

Well... they figured out another plan and now Donna is going to go get Cherry and take her back to her place.
Rhapsody is welcome here if you need a drop off point though. My suggestion would be to post in the general section as I have a feeling that there will be quite a few horses needing rides in the next week or two. If you can get enough of them together you can get Katie to haul them and she has very reasonable rates.

If you are willing to wait until Michelle's party, you would probably find luck in asking around to the folks going over the mountains for it.

Tash: I can definitely wait until the party. I believe that Rhapsody's QT was paid for for 1 month. That won't be up until about the 13th or 15th, so getting pick-up on the 8th or 9th should be just fine. Then I just need to find a transfer spot on this side of the mountains to go and snatch her. Thanks for the suggestion.

I better remind people.........I live in Monroe. Tash will allow her place to be a transfer spot. So anyone coming from the east side who can drop at Tash's, that would be great. Please let me know when and how much you would charge. Thanks!!!!!
