Do you know how many horses they can haul on this lode? Also do you know what the cost is per horse?

Amy,
It will cost approx. $475.00 to bring a horse to the Bay Area.
I know there are two on this load coming to the Bay Area.

They can haul four horses. Sharon said they only has one other possible horse and that one is going to San Luis Obispo.
They will bring mine to Redding for $350. If someone needs a holdover in Redding for pickup, my sister might be able to help.

Hey...are they for sure going to leave Friday? If I can find out from Sam what Aries' status is, then maybe I could have Aries go with. I will send Sam an email and see what she thinks.

We have a member named pam who is looking to share transport to Cali too, she posted in the Transportation needed thread...I don't know if her particulars could fit anything you all are working on...

I think Pam's horse (Wynona) isn't through qt yet or had coggins pulled. I think Wynona was one of the snotty ones and on penicillin. She probably needs another week or two before she's cleared (just guessing here!).

This trip is being cancelled because I have the only horse coming down. Is Sharon missing anyone?
mta: otherwise rescheduled for sometime in January

hi becky and gang, yes, wynona is on penicillin. the best i can figure is that her 30 days is up around jan 10. but sam has not told me what her estimate is. i am still looking to share a ride with whoever would be ready at that time. faraway told me they could do it , but i don't think they want to go with only one horse. so, who else will be ready at that time ? also, i was hoping for some trans. $$ help, cause i was told that could happen, but i am not sure how that works. that is all i know at this time. pam

My Brooklyn should be ready to leave QT around the week of Jan. 8th if all goes well. Any chance she can hitch a ride around then? How much would the cost be to Portland??
Please let me know! littlebouv
