I wanted you guys to be the first to know, as it's about to be published in an online article. The mustang makeover brought me so much publicity that I have people knocking down my door to train horses. Go figure. I have officially opened the doors to my training business, Nomads Rest Ranch and Training Center. www.nomadsrestranch.com My focus is going to be gentling wild mustangs for dressage careers. I will also take in young, unstarted horses from the feedlot that I feel will make nice riding horses. I can only take in a couple horses at a time, as I don't have the time or room for more than two. Plus, I am going to be choosy about which horses I take in as I need to stay focused on my goals for the mustangs. I have also joined the Mustang Heritage Foundation's Incentive Program. I have taken in an incentive horse and he's coming along nicely. He has a new home already. Yay! I have several mustangs and horses ready to go that I have started. If you know anyone looking for a nice mustang or young horse, please let me know.

Congrats!!!! I'm so glad you figured out a way to do this. Is there a special significance to the name?
We had the pleasure of trail riding with Jamie and Patriot in October (?) and Jamie is truly talented - very patient, very calm, and always happy!
Best wishes in your new endeavor! Hopefully we will see you at the Campout in July.

Thank you all.
Yes, the name has significance. I was a nomad for several years before I finally bought my place. Therefore, I was the nomad finally coming to rest. But it also denotes wild mustangs, who are nomadic, coming to me to rest and play.
Thank you Wendy for the testimonial. Can I use it on the website? I will see you at the camp out, but also at the trail clinic in two weeks?
horsegal0308, thank you for the business. I wont have an opening until June. I am booked up until then. Please remind me, as an opening may happen before then. If you wish to receive a rate sheet, email me at jthomas@nomadsrestranch.com
If you want to get on a wait list, let me know that as well.
Thanks again!

Hey Jamie - I'm bringing Doodle to the Campout - so if you need a horse to ride, I would love to have you ride him! He's a very good boy, just needs time..........
