Don't count on it though, I don't want there to be false hope, but I myself am hoping and praying for the best.
I did just email my mother about him even if she is sitting a few feet away from me on the couch....(she checks her emails in the morning when she gets home from taking me to school or right after she wakes up)
Let the begging and pleading begin...

My daughter has an appy who is 28 years old and one of the best ever pony horses on the track. Ziggy has been used lightly the past few years and is going to retire when he comes home from Arizona. He will be a very young girl's first horse! He has been well-cared for and has some good years left.

Boy can be hardship registered which means he can enter into any appaloosa breed event.
His markings are pretty interesting... not common even among the appys.
He's foundation blood all the way.
Appys are often tough and fearless, might make a good hunting horse.

They are hardy horses! I know one that is 38 right now and only retired from shows a couple years ago when he went blind in his left eye. His dad still plays with him in an arena as he has gone blind in both eyes now and needs exercise. He was on trails last year though. He is a GREAT boy and going strong!

Sierra's coat is starting to turn like this. She is a red roan, as I suspect he is. He will likely keep showing more and more gray/white as he continues to age. Big boy, same size as Dazz was. If I wasn't full up here, I would have offered a home. I am hoping someone needs a sturdy older teenager. He would be an awesome trail mount.

i made $100 horse sitting. i'll send it if someone commits to him...appys are like hybrid hum-vs: if they can't do it, it can't be done AND they're pretty economical on the feed and foot bills!

He has a back up home offer ( a great one) they will need help with Bail & QT but are only going to QT for 21 days..so that will help alittle. Yes, they live in the state of washington. They are willing to let Samson go to someone else if they would like him...but don't want to see such a nice boy ship. So the fundraising can begin...
