Cookies and Cream -20 y/o-13.1hh- Paint Pony Mare

20 year old, 13.1h, paint mare. She was difficult to catch but once in a small area she was easier. She picked up her front feet nicely but nervous about the back feet. We got on her and she appears started but quite green. She was not responsive to leg pressure but with the aid of rein pressure she would move. The more we rode her she appeared to understand what was being asked of her. Right now she is not suitable for children however with training she would make a nice mount.

Someone get this cutie pie soon, I wish I could we have been browsing for a pony for the kids but with winter & some new construction I am limited to one horse until spring where we are boarding now. why do they always have to come at the wrong time.
I am sure with some training she will make a good beginner mount. So don't hesitate guys.

Yes, its funny how it works out sometimes...I guess that's why the PS people like it when we check ahead to make sure...especially on large donations...that way you are sure that your $$$ goes where you want it to.
