Can someone please look again? Why is he still waiting??? This quiet old boy NEEDS A PLACE TO HANG OUT!!! And MEXICO isn't it!!!! How much room will he take up? Well, let's see....doesn't look like he needs 5 acres to gallop around on! Probably a nice little run in and a cozy corral with maybe a tree to lounge under, and when you want to go for a SAFE ride, he will be there smiling and ready to take CARE of YOU!Give him a home and I will personally send you a blanket, halter and bag of cookies for him!!!!!!

Apache We have had hardley any pledges and almost no home offers on this side of the world. I think everyone is tapped out I know I am. I pledged some of my grocery money (not that I am complaining) I could miss afew meals (but the horses need it). Its not fair to the horses

Way to go, Apache! I wish I could do more than cheerlead.
This horse looks like a real sweetie, and they usually are, a little older and more mellow. He's beautiful. I'm praying he's saved. I can't imagine him being "the one" to go on the truck. He should be "the one" saved, just like the others -- and he'll go to Mexico, no less. Too horrible to think about.
He spends his life serving humans, and I'm sure being a good boy, and now it's time for him to shift into a good home where he can eventually retire. Mexico is not where he belongs, and he deserves so much better than the hell, terror, pain and confusion that awaits him there.
It is hitting me so hard, being my first time with trucks coming. I just want to pull the covers over my head and not come up for air until Wednesday. But then, what good does that do, because it's neverending -- there're more, always more, waiting to take their place in the pit stop before hell ...

He is Hamptons bound and his new name is "Captain Woodrow F. Call". The Captain will be making a heck of a journey to sanctuary. By the way....Jack Sparrow, Barboza, Will Turner, Pocohantas, Frisco and Pirate are through Ohio and will be here bright and early. Yes, I will have photos for you all.
I gotta go, Painter took the wind out of my sails.
