Oh that's nice! She rode kids around at Girl Scout Camp all summer and now she's headed to slaughter. Who the hell put her here? This is so wrong, this is so d**n wrong! Maybe they should send out a flyer to the Girl Scout Troop Leaders saying "Do you remember this horse the girls had so much fun on this past summer? Well, now she headed for death can anyone help her?" I know it sounds drastic but this really pisses me off.

Yes, but drastic will turn heads and put a damper on the myth most people have about what goes to slaughter. It is the ONE thing that drives me nuts here. The "stigma" that travels with a slaughter rescue. I have the SAFEST horses in the world I swear! People do NOT understand. This particular group could OPEN some eyes. It has nothgin to do with the Girl Scouts in particular. But, now way should this opportunity pass us by to enlighten the nation.

I am officially OUT OF MONEY! LOL! Have to go find some more. I am good at that now. Someone needs to grab this sweet, safe horse and put 150 pounds on her and (((((HUG))))) her. She will be your best friend and not let you get hurt. Read her eyes....I promise you I am right. I will still offer her home. I will figure out how to get her here if that is what she needs. Good grief, someone run a few lemonade stands and bail her!!!!!!!!! Pay it foward!!!

She needs a new name, a HUGE grocery order, a dental visit, and some fun in the sun in the Hamptons. This is a great horse and she deserves to avoid the trip to Mexico. So, now that she is mine, I seriously am running out of name ideas.............want to help?

There's been a fundraiser going on for days on the ABR board for Brownie, All About and Mint. Hardly any donations have come in. Mint was bitten by a dog. Let's get all of these horses off of that feedlot! There's only one day left. You can donate through whichever board you want. Please send in any size donation. Every dollar helps.

All I do is cry these days.
Promise Kept is VERY appropriate.
The Girl Scout oath is called a promise,
and there is a song we used to sing
When er you make a promise, consider well it's importance, and once made, engrave it upon your heart.
