This is the story of "Garmish"(CBER name) aka "Bandit" Bandit was a 1.5-2 y/o and approximatly 14.3-15 hand colt from the Yakima Reservation. He had a horrible injury to his knee, some of you may remember him. He was the last one to be adopted from that load of horses in August 2005. He was a little underweight, mostly undernourished, and my vet enjoyed calling him the "Plug", because, although he was cute, it was because he was an ugly duckling. ;D I started him myself, got him fat, sassy, and gentled. He crossed streams like a dream, did well with farrier, and vet and loaded well. He got all his shots, proper trimming (badly needed), and a good deworming schedule (also very needed). Then it was time to find his forever home, which he found VERY quickly! He is now 15.2 hands+ ! Fall 2005----- In quarantine. HERE HE IS AFTER LEAVING QUARANTINE + A FEW EXTRA POUNDS July 2006-----

What a gorgeous fellow. These horses, they are often diamonds in the rough.
