That is my father-in-law petting Gus, me ducking under him, and my 2 daughters on either side. That pic was taken Memorial Day Weekend, here is a pic of him from 3 days ago.  He is getting there but it will be a slow road. |

I will remember for a very long time a draft cross mule that AC4H had listed from a broker's lot. He looked a lot like Gus. He shipped and I broke down sobbing when I found out. I still think of him often. Thank you for giving this big old guy a safe place to land.

Ummm.....ironically I bought Gus at a private auction that AC4H's broker guy was at, he bid against me saying that he didn't want trouble. I wonder if he is the one who BROUGHT the mule there??? Wouldn't that be ironic?
