20 year old, 15.3h, black TB mare. This mare is registered (age will confirmed when we see the papers) and was covered by a QH stud. We were also told that she is gentle but we did not ride so we do not what type of riding horse she is or really pregnant. Just reporting what we are told. She was nice to handling on the ground, has a willing disposition and mellow disposition. She must have had a crack heading to her coronet band see the grooves burned into her hoof to stop the crack from going to the coronet band. Please contact Tash Johnson for more information.Email: sand_tiger@hotmail.com ADOPTION FEE: $ 625$20.00 FEEDLOT TEST RIDE FEE:ADOPTER OR HOME OFFERS:QT OFFERS OR $ DONATIONS:BAIL PLEDGES OFFERED:______________________________ PLEDGE TOTAL: $ TOTAL BAIL STILL NEEDED $ 625.00

If anyone can offer a home, we can help with bail.
Her baby will be gorgeous.

Fanny arrived in Maryland with Earl (Roper), George, Biko (Lennox), Isabella (Paris) and Frankie on Feb. 17. I went out to visit them the following day. Everyone came over for at least a carrot, except for Fanny. :-( However, when I was there last Sunday, she came over to me. She's really beautiful! Apparantly, she's not crazy about the other horses. When she came to the fence with her ears laid back, everyone gave her room. I saw her and Frankie together out in the field together later on snoozing. So, who knows? Barb just sent in her tatoo. Hopefully we'll find out more about her soon.

I've gone out to visit these horses every week since they arrived in Maryland. No ribs showing on Hannah/Fanny now! She's still the boss with the others, but likes people. She comes over for carrots and cookies when I visit. Out of all the horses there, she is the most gentle when it comes to eating her treats. Her lips barely brush my hand as she takes a carrot or a cookie. Whenever she thinks another horse is getting too close, the ears go back, and the other horse gives her room. A few weeks ago when Earl/Roper was in a small fenced in area after hurting his leg, Hannah stood opposite from him at the fence almost the entire time I was there. This past weekend, Hannah did something that I'll remember the rest of my life. She stood in front of me and was breathing in and then she put her lips to my cheek and kissed it.

Fanny is lookin' great! All slick and shiney. . .and, is she pregnant? I always thought you were so beautiful and certainly didn't belong in a feedlot. Glad things worked out well for you.

Hannah (Fanny) is now in Montana! I had a nice visit with her about a week before she left. She pinned her ears back and shot dirty looks at anyone who tried to interrupt! I received a video from Barb the other day. There's a huge field with two gray horses trotting and you can hear galloping. Hannah appears and Frankie is running close behind with his tail in the air. I'm so happy for the two of them!
