5 - 6 year old, 16h, chestnut tatooed (G) TB gelding. This is a nice stout gelding. He was nervous while being tacked up but settled after a while. He does not tie and he bucked a little when first saddled as well. He is basically track broke, not super responsive to rein or leg pressure. He has a gorgeous long trot stride and does not appear to have any bumps or bruises from the track but a pre- purchase exam would be advised for any interested in using this horse in a sport horse discipline. Please contact Tash Johnson for more information.EMAIL:sand_tiger@hotmail.com$720.00 HOME OFFERS: NO HOME OFFER QT PLEDGES:BAIL PLEDGES: nancik has offered partial bail on Mediterranean if home offer is made TOTAL BAIL PLEDGED:$0.00TOTAL BAIL STILL NEEDED: $720.00

I have NEVER had bad luck with ANY of the 11 thoroughbreds I have saved through the years. They have always been the easiest to train for me, always interested in fun and never lazy.......and always wanting a partnership. This is going to be a great horse...........I promise he will. Look hard at him.

This horse may know more then we think. He may just have forgotten. I have been to the track and seen the horses tied in their stall for training purposes. They tack them up and they stand there for and hour or so. Kate's TB is very well broke but has been out to pasture for at least a year and acted like a complete idiot when she brought him in.

More than likely at that age he has never had a Western saddle on either! If not the bucking strap must sure feel funny down there!

Dean- where does it say that Mediterranean has a home offer? Do you have super secret communications with CBERites?

The truck is scheduled for this morning and there's no home offer for him. It's really sad.

I am a little puzzled that there is no plan in place for him. It seems that he is exactly the kind of horse (apparently sound OTTB) that the TWR (or whatever it's called now) board would jump all over.
Is there really nothing going on for him?
