#546 - 4 Month Old Mixed Breed Filly "Fawn" Current Pics:Fawn is an adorable baby girl whose mother rejected her. With the help of Whispering Winds Equine Rescue in Sandy, Oregon, Fawn was transported from Vancouver, Washington to Roseburg. Once here she was bottle fed around the clock every few hours until old enough to be weaned from formula. Fawn needs a home who is experienced in dealing with youngsters, in particular orphans. While she may look cute and cuddly, see needs a firm hand to give her guidance for the day when she is a fully grown horse. She is UTD on all shots and worming, and has even had her feet done for the very first time. All adoption fees go strictly for feed or vet care for our other rescues. Adoption fee $200.00 - Available -CONTACT FOR ADOPTION INFO:

Sorry- not really. There is some TB, some Qtr, some mustang. She is a Heinz 57! And as we all know - that makes one of the best kind!!!

Which site? Make sure it's Fawn and not the other little girl they had (the owner who gave them up) at the same time. That poor baby was very deformed.
I'd love to see some of her pictures though!

Whispering Winds Equine Rescue (?) Darla...the pics of this baby are labelled Fawn and your name is mentioned in the blurb too...if this is incorrect, I will remove them... And, then there is Fawn. At 2 weeks old Fawn came to WWER. But, with open heart and perfect facility available, she was transferred to the loving care of Mama Darla at Strawberry Mountain Mustangs, where she resides today.

Oh those! =) Those aren't quite newborn - they're right after we got her though. That blanket is a DOG blanket - she was too small for a foal blankie. I think she was 6 weeks in those? Being fed formula every 2 hours or so around the clock...... lots of sleepless nights on the couch so I didn't wake hubby. Wow I'm glad she's off formula!!!

She will certainly be missed... I've taken to calling her 'biscuit. Short for Seabiscuit - because she likes to run so much - and when she's being ornery - 'poop biscuit' ! lol
