Has anyone one been to any of Washingtons horse auctions yet ( the one Ben Day operates) ? I am looking for a horse that may have been run through in Chahalis some time around January to present. Long story short my sick older friend was told by her husband that she need to get rid of one of her horses. We posted him on dream horse and on CBER. Someone from dream horse bought him. Well the price was 1000.00 and she asked when she got there if she could put 400.00 down and take him for a month. My friend agreed. well a month went by and no money and no horse. She broke the contract. It was stated clear that if she did not want him to give him back and she could get her money back. Well we are now in April and she calle dmy friend up telling her that she sent him to the auction and she got 300.00 bucks for him and that my friend owed her a 100.00. I am looking for info about this because excuse my french but I want to nail what is equvalent to balls to the wall. I called ben day and he told me to call back and if I had proof and such and I said yep. In my openion the horse is now stolen ( because she did not pay the remainder of the balance and if true shipped him to auction) she did not have permission to do so. This lady lives in Yelm. ( that bought him)
any help would be great. I think after thinking about it she may have been a troller.
