I just had to share, I just took the pictures today. It was a rather cold ride, but she was a good girl. I am hoping to do dressage this coming year with her in Oregon

That's a picture perfect paint. . .or pinto. Sorry. I don't know the correct terminology. She's just beautiful and looks to have the same disposition. I think you are very lucky, indeed.

She is gorgeous! I look forward to hearing of your Dressage adventures. Will you be riding in actual Dressage tack or doing "Cowboy Dressage"?

Thanks.. We will be doing ODS schooling and some league shows. I wish there was Cowboy Dressage at some level, but there are no class like that around here. I like using a western saddle the tree is larger and a little more comfortable for the mare's back. I find that dressage saddles on growing horses is hard to keep a good fit, I have had my dressage saddle fitted three months ago and now needs to be re-adjusted again for her. I need a adjustable tree. Maybe that should be on my Xmas list..

I will be doing some dressage schooling shows first then move up to the League shows (ODS) with Annie. I will be in the USDF Adult Competition Show in March at the State Fairgrounds, but with Ollie my young TB. I believe our name will be "Old Ladies on Leather" Team. I do mostly open, ODS type shows and some APHA shows. I belong to OPRC "Old Peoples Riding Club" her in Salem, most of the members do Eventing, but I am a little to old for that.. The photo is Zena, Annie's Older sister and I doing some school work TL 4
