I rescued "Story" from the Yelm Auction back in 1998 She was just off the track about 1 month or 2. 4 years old and they had her listed as a 8 year old child safe 4-H horse by the name of ROSIE (YUK). Of course totally a lye. Well I decided to bid on her because she was such a pretty girl. I had not even seen her (or paid attention to her in the back) So I got her for 550.00 and took her, I had to hire a trailer to take her to the boarding facility. I looked at her tattoo and did a search getting her real info. Despite having chips in her knees that are not repairable she is in good health and has a wonderful temperament. But would never be a child's horse. She is still ridable on the flat and only needs bute rarely. She has remained my favorite horse and I love her dearly. She will remain at my home until the day she is laid to rest.
