Nice to see more take on this noble pursuit! We are in CNY and have been working with FingerLakes Thoroughbred Adoption Program for a while. We foster, help network & find homes for OTTB's, and sometimes Adopt OTTB's ( we have a family full of riders) to help when they ask..call them some time..make the connection they are great folks and are very helpful.

Hey everyone, check out my website for updates on the cber horses you all know and love! www.forRascal.comI swear, I have the greatest horses in the nation. Mrs. Pacman (Stardust) is HUGE and still growing a foal, hahaha! BeautyMark has been adopted 1 mile from my house and now lives in the barn every horse dreams of, a backyard perfect 2 horse haven. She is with the AC4H pony mare who had foaled in the killpen...Misty. God I love this job! Lancer (Gideon) is not listed. I have been accused of hiding him...hahaha! I ADORE him, he is MINE. Jitterbug (Captain Barbossa) is going blind and we are attempting to raise funds for a small blind horse facility. Right now Tiger (Frisco) and Trolley (Will Turner) are his buddies and he has no trouble. Jessie was adopted immediately and is being pampered beyond belief. The FLO did well holding her off that last truck. Laredo (Michealangelo) is sound, healthy and one of the smartest horses I have ever met. He is adopted and lives with us here. Baltasar is being adopted today and will also live here. His vet tech owner is an awesome person and is a big part of our rescue efforts now. Toby (Pirate) is in the main barn now awaiting his testicle festival, yikes! Duke (Captain Jack Sparrow) is an awesome, awesome horse and is GROWING...we messed up on his age a bit! He is enormous now. Little R (Pocohantas) is a very special and sweet little girl. I doubt she will be leaving the rescue. We have way too many kids to ((HUG))) here! Old Troop, the girl scout horse is heading toward FAT now and is adopted and will live with us forever. He is sound and happy and oh, so grateful!!! OMG, have to run..........so sorry I don't frequent here.....I got saddled with too many horses to spend much time on the computer, hahahaa!
