Can somebody help me with my Avatar?

Ok, I know I am special...but I just can't figure out this Avatar thingy..., I can't figure it out!!! ACK!!! I have a photobucket account, and that is where my rescue pics are.....ugh....

resize the pictue you want in photobucket they have an avatar size. Go to your profile and modify in avatar url space put in the direct link from photobucket. Think that sould work hope its clear.
