Andre was a colt at the time, I think that Diego and Santana were studs then...was Midas? I don't remember about the 'brains' of the others...

Thanks you guy for checking it out.And is there anyway we can get some of the old thread from CBRES like the before and after etc? I know that several members had ask about Don Juan: update Lisa contacted us asking if we would be interested in him, for Katie, since Cinnamon could be out of the loop for 07 and the answer was yes. Janet rode him and it was love on the first ride. He is at stables waiting for xmas day when we can tell Katie that DJ is hers and she is not taking care of him for Lisa daughter which she thinks.

Congratulations to Daisy who has just adopted a wonder foal. She came to us with her mom from CBER. She had an old injury to her nose (possibly a kick) that left a terrible scar. Dr. Dana did a little plastic surgery on her face and nows she's perfect ;D And you can't do lipo on the baby fat! hehe

Hello everyone!
Thanks for the invite. Can't say that I recognize everyone here, but then again, I haven't been very active online for awhile.
Hopefully this site will help many horses and the people who care about their welfare!

It looks perfect now and she's such a great baby. Smartest little thing on 4 legs too. She's learned to lead, pick up all four feet, and eat cookies in only a few days! Actually, eating a cookie was her biggest challenge but I've corrupted her nicely now ;D Thank you Dean for letting me adopt her. PS I've already corrupted her roommate as well, but he was easy... he he he (evil laugh)

She had a huge gouge out of her little face to the bone. Dr. Dana did an awesome job on her. So now Daisy has a filly that's had Plastic Surgery to her nose. ;D Hehe.... Kimmie and Red. Red is HUGE and is SO NICE! Kimmie is PG also...

It is so nice to see names I know and not have to defend what I do (rescue horses)...My two CBER rescues don't look anything like they did when we picked them up....And they are not the quiet horses they were when we unloaded them....Sky (Murphy-9/06) has put on weight and will steal cigs, coffee and pop if you leave them in his reach...And if your cigs are in front pocket, you may lose a boob....Askhim (Sander-4/06) still thinks he's a stud, but you would never know he was injured...Side has healed up great....My mare (local rescue-7/06) still hasn't had her foal, but the vet saw her X-mas eve (he was out for another horse) says that's a baby not hay belly.... We're waiting for the new local rescues to come in...Buckskins, mares and foals...We were told that they are very skinny and will take the ones that need us the most...Out of 6 we may get 2-3 of them... I told Bob some of these guys are ready for new homes, but out of the 11 he agrees on 3 to re-home...YOU NEED A HORSE...ha ha ha ...Chatty

HI Everybody! Thanks for letting me in! I must be crazy because I was actually starting to get some other things done without the BB to get on daily! I took my original name from way back on the COTH boards, ya know, fresh start, good vibes and all that. For those of you that are so familiar and wonderful for all you do for rescue, I am H from Yakima ( and yes, I still rescue and still help and have some rescue fosters here at my place) along with 8 registered horses of ours, 1 mini burro, 2 BLM burros, 4 Mastiffs from Mastiff rescue, (who I also volunteer with and foster for), and one very brave cat! Not to mention a tolerant husband and a kid in college. Good to see everyone.

Does anyone remember who the member was that during the wind storm her barn went down? And was she out side of Potlatch? The feeder at the arena told me that there was a member of CBRES out side of Potlatch,Ida and that there barn blow down , but he couldn't remember her name.
