After speaking with an attorney:
A class action suit can be filed to retrieve the funds donated that were not used appropriately for a non - profit.
Since CBER does not hold any Incorporation Insurance the people listed with the State of Washington as Board of Directors are liable for any monetary demands granted.

I wonder if Sam bothered to tell that to the new people she got to agree to be BOD and Pres. She knows it... we all discussed it at the last meeting back in September 07 and even asked for a quote on the insurance price. No one ever followed through on getting it though...
Would be a heck of a thing, wouldn't it? If she got herself off the official books and got new people on there and then those new folks were personally financially liable for CBER's problems. I know it was a course of action that she considered back in February because she talked to me about it while she was with the hippy. Heck the folks who are now writing up their grievances against CBER on this board have donated well over $40k.

talked to me about it while she was with the hippy. LOL!! I wondered if I was the only one she used that euphemism with! This was one of the project items that the working/fake bod were working on before we resigned. Accountability and transparency, so Sam's hi-jinx couldn't come back and bite us and our families. Right now, the BoD is completely liable for any damages brought against CBER. Of course, our main project was to stop Sam's hi-jinx. Good luck with that one.
