I notice that on Kirstens site she has pasted a page from the Washington State Courts website. She kind of alludes to the posting as being something that shows that anyone listed there has a criminal background. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you are curious, input almost any name of someone you know who lives in Washington state. If they have filed for, or been a party to a divorce, if they have ever filed for bankruptcy, if they have legally changed their name, adopted, died and had the estate in probate or have been named in a civil action you will find their name listed. That does not make that person a criminal. Please give it a try... dw.courts.wa.gov/ Let's keep it honest! *edit to add probate

Hey-cool-I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 3 years! AND it goes way back to when I was ARRESTED for not having my registration signed! Funny story there :-)

Thats true, however, I dont believe that it will bring up felonies. I think you need to be in a different program for that. But it will list speeding tickets, divorces, assault, etc.

But it will list speeding tickets, divorces, assault, etc. It does bring up felonies. Below is a copy (somewhat random) of an example to prove it. 22 08-04-2003 STTDFG Statement Of defendant, plea Guilty 23 08-04-2003 MM Memorandum Of Disposition 24 08-04-2003 JS Judgment And Sentence 25 08-07-2003 NTFC Notification Of Felony Conviction 26 08-08-2003 MTAF
Just an fyi.
