Photos at link: boise.craigslist.org/grd/1237386554.htmlIt isn't the price that made me post this, it is the condition of the mare!! She is skinny as a rail. I doubt she is 6, but I could be wrong. Anyone looking for Andalusian, she is a stunner and is already trained. 6 y.o. Andalusian cross mare w/ colt - $950 (Caldwell) Reply to: sale-vrtut-1237386554@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?] Date: 2009-06-24, 10:20AM MDT I have an Andalusian Cross mare (not sure what she is crossed with) that I hate to part with, but I would like to find a new loving home for her and her 5 week old stud colt. Mare is about 15 hands, colt should finish out about 15.2. She is very broke to ride and is great out on the trails or where ever you want to ride her. She is one of those horses that loves to be rode and is very willing of what you ask of her. She has extensive time in the mountains moving and working cattle. The baby is a beautiful bay with full white blaze and 2 blue eyes. His sire was a paint/palomino. He is very people friendly and learns very quick. Please, only consider this mare if you are looking for a long time friend with her. Reply with email or call 208-453-1435 * Location: Caldwell Idaho (Boise)

Further information from the owner indicates that this mare is pretty bossy, and now with the little one is really territorial. She needs to be separated until the baby is weaned, and would then likely do better in turn out with an established herd of half dozen or so horses that would keep her in line.
Opps, I need to clarify that this is only with other horses. With humans she is very willing and sweet. She wants that lead mare spot.
