How is everyone doing? been busy getting about 3 young horses going and want to find good homes for them, they look really good and are doing well in training. The 2 4 yr olds are from mares I rescued during feedlot days, one had the baby at her side and one was in foal when I got them. If anyone is looking, I have a GORGEOUS palomino gelding, appendix QH type but not registered, Mom is a lovely chestnut TB and we were told dad was a buckskin QH.
He is 4 and super mover and I love his attitude and train-ability. He is about 15.2-3 right now. He looks nothing like the skinny and sick little guy that came at his mother's side when he was about a month old. He is fancy with a flowing white mane and tail, started and a good boy.
Then I have percheron cross filly, dark charcoal grey, also 4 yr old she is beautiful and has the look of a warhorse or friesien cross with her flowing mane and forelock and lovely head with huge eyes. She is substantial and very smooth to look at and ride, super intelligent and loves people. this girl is well over 16 hands. She is also started and being ridden. Both are sound and healthy.
I also have very cute 8 yr old Registered QH mare with darling head and lots of talent. She is not very tall, about 14.2. Has been being worked on obstacles and out on the trail which she seems to like. Great bloodlines combination of cow and speed, she would be a super performance horse, she likes to do things and is kind of like the energizer bunny, in that the more interesting stuff she is asked to do, the better, she has had to learn that its ok to stand still and be quiet and relax, but she is a kick to ride and light mouth for an experienced person.
I think about the many horses and people associated with this board often, nice to hear how everyone is doing!
Anyone need a nice horse let me know! I only want them to go to good homes and will always want first right to get them back if someone could not keep them! Take care!
