Is anybody out there a fan of English Mastiffs? there's one at my vet's that lost his old man. He and an adoreable Rottie mix are being held there while a new home is found.
He is young, huge, and sweet.
She is not a typical Rottie. She's overweight, cute as a button, but I am not sure how old.

Lurker, where is the Mastiff located? Several of my co-workers are self-described Mastiff addicts (some of the stories they swap on Monday mornings, I'm not sure if they're talking about the dogs or their husbands!) and they might be interested in a rescue if it is close enough.

He's up here in Washington. I called over to the vet's for more info and hopefully I'll be able to go take a picture of him tomorrow after I talk to them.

Lurker, one of my co-workers REALLY is interested in this dog! Please let me know if you find out any more about him (the Mastiff).....

OK. I just got off the phone with the kennel. I can go take his picture tomorrow and she said he's 2 or 3 and walks on the leash nicely. more later.

Cool, I'll let her know! If you find out whether he's neutered or not, please pass that on as well. She has a female and I don't think she wants to raise a litter!

he needs to be snipped and I think he has an adoption fee of $100 to help pay his board bill.

Please do; I have several co-workers hanging over my shoulder every 5 minutes asking if there's any news. One of them WANTS THIS DOG!

There are a couple others up here but they want $400 for them. Seems like Mastiff got popular somehow.
