Some of you know I have Min Schnauzers..One being my seizure alert dog.. Came home and found one of my lady's on the floor, shacking, temp of 106, totally out of it..  Ran her to the vet, after shot to bust her calcium and pills to take home we're at a wait and see... Her puppies are 1wk. old, she's has her special food, but her body need more.. Just want to get her through this, no more puppies..All others are spaded... Say a prayer for Jada (Jada La Rose) Thank you all chatty |

Oh Chatty, I am so sorry!!!! Praying and jingling for her - that happened w/ our Lab, Kassie, a few days after her pups were born. She had eclampsia (Sp?)....thankfully she recovered, and i hope your little girl does as well.......take care.

Long night, but we're all still alive...Jada temp stayed at 101.1 (just about normal,,101.5), she is about to walk a little...R2 ( our youngest Rachelle) is carrying her out to potty, feeds/waters her in the puppie bed, no less by holding her bowls for her..Our dog are very loved, like all the animal..
Puppies are eating and doing well...Got to run to town today and get human baby food (rice cereal, formula), has what she needs to balance out her system..
Oh ..she has 4 puppies, 1 girl--3 boys, 3 black--1 black/silver....all very fat, she,s a good moma...NO MORE PUPPIES
Thanks for your prayers...Doc say will be total out of the woods in 25 days....Puppies eating on their own...

Just a up date..Jada is filling better..Pills twice daily, inriched food every 4 hours, needs help getting in/out of her puppy bed (big tote)...11 PM - 4 AM is my watch, if I fall asleep the others let me know it...These puppies are so fat...
Don't worry about me, getting a nap mid-day...Taking my pills, eating and trying not to over do things...
