Hello everyone! Its been a long time since our last newsletter....
apologies - - pleading apologies!!
Please find attached the latest and greatest from the Wild Horse & Burro
Program in Oregon and Washington. Pay special attention to the upcoming
events, 2 animals in need of new homes, a gentled mustang up for raffle to
raise scholarship money, and two great write-ups from our readers.
Also, a couple of details that I can't squeeze into the newsletter but
wanted to make sure got mentioned:
1. Several of the Extreme Mustang Makeover trainers (read the newsletter
for more information on the Makeover) from Oregon and Washington have web
sites that document their progress... check em out at:
Oregon:

2. Don't forget! The Mustang/Kiger horse show at the Oregon State Fair is
Wednesday August 29. Entry information and class schedule can be found at
www.oregonstatefair.org/competitions/blue_ribbon_competitions/horse_show
The judge this year is an American Buckskin Registry Association judge
from out of the area and should be amenable to our beautiful horses. Hope
everyone can come, and that the classes fill up so this event can continue
at the State Fair!!!
We hope everyone is doing great and looking forward to the upcoming
events... PLEASE let us know if:
1. You can help with either of the 'animals in need'
2. You have any suggestions for a name for our Kiger Mustang adoption in
November
3. Are you planning to attend our Kiger event??? We're really trying to
get an estimate of participants....
TAKE CARE AND ENJOY!
