Gosh darn, Kelly! I don't know what to tell you...I copied the info off of the BLM website...do you use Internet Explorer?
Kelly- check this out and see if it matches your screens...
1. Click on Tools...
2. At the bottom, click on Internet Options.
3. At the top left of the Internet Options screen, click on the Security tab...
4. At the top RIGHT of the Security screen, click on the ADVANCED tab.
5. You will see Security Settings and a scroll bar...scroll down almost to the bottom of the list to the heading Security, and you should find the rest of the items that you need to click on...
check Use SSL 2.0
check Use SSL 3.0
check Use TLS 1.0
click Apply

I went under internet options and then just clicked on the advanced tab(it's not under security). Scroll down and you'll see all of the ssl 2.0 and others and you can click them. It worked for me, good luck!  |
