NEEDED: boarding in SF area (Hayward)

Hello all,
Some of you may know I was trying to adopt Birdie from PEC, but it was put on hold since a friend of mine needed help with a slaughter rescue. I'm still trying to adopt Birdie, but my boarding spot that was open for her was taken by my new mustang. I'm looking for anyone that has a suitable boarding place for a low monthly fee (willing to help out though). In or around Hayward, Castro Valley, Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin or somewhere near by. I would really appreciate the help in finding a place that wont cost too much. Thanks everyone =)

Have you tried Eagle's Nest Ranch in CAstro Valley?
not fancy, but reasonable rates and fairly good facilities last time I was there.

The Livery in Livermore has 1 open stall in the barn, and may have some space available in the two horse paddocks already, possibly in pasture, and I believe that 3 horses are leaving from the 2 horse paddocks shortly.....

Also Ranch Cerro in Livermore. Don't know anyone that boards there, but Caryn and I did check it out. It's big, but it looked clean, horses well taken care of, and they just built a new covered arena.

Well, so the eagle's nest is a little too um.. high end for me. The livery is a maybe since they might have a stall open soon, but no guarantee. Those of you that offered to check with you friends, please PM me if you find out anything, or if anyone knows about any other opportunities, it would be (of course) appreciated! Thanks again!
