Chester at 2 1/2 y/o. He opened the gate into the back yard at night to eat dead leaves (Mustang candy!)

Speaking of "mustang candy"....Cali, my palomino, ate a TUMBLEWEED!!! Yes! Stickers and all! I SAW her do it! (That was weeks ago, when she first came down to So. Cal.)!!!!!!

LOL mine LOOOOOOVE to eat goathead sticker vines (when green of course) They can eat the runners but not the heart, so I go through the yard kicking the hearts loose and they follow me fighting over them! I'm thinking after 2 or 3 years my yard should be goathead free..
Symphony keeps my trees trim perfectly trimmed at head height. I tried pulling some branches for them but they spooked a bit when the branched moved and they couldn't get the leaves free. I had to weave it into the fence so they could strip the leaves and eat it. So I just let her eat it off the tree from then on.
