Thought I'd ask if anyone knows of horse auctions here in Northern Ca if so where are they when are they and are these horses at risk ending up with kill buyers??

Thanks Nancy,
I called and Roseville is the 2nd Sunday of every month and Cow Town Turlock is 2 times a month. Thought I would take a ride and check them out. Would you like to go? I live in Vacaville you are pretty close to me. Brenda

Thank you Brenda, but I'm quite certain that I could not stomach going to an auction. I deeply admire those who can!

Petaluma Livestock auction in Petaluma every Monday, starts at 11am. They run pigs, goats, cows thru first, then horses (they usually just have a few, or none at all).... A very sad place for a horse to end up.
